A 38-year-old freight planner in La Rochelle whose work tension kept following him home, until a guided hypno-relaxation audio lent by a friend turned into a habit of short daily pauses. He keeps a logbook of what each one did and didn't do, and has lately grown curious about the relaxologue path -- watching it from the outside, with no title and no claim to one.
